December/January fishing has been excellent, with the usual summer mixed bag of mahi mahi, Spanish mackerel, tuna, GT’s and the odd sailfish and black marlin still lurking if you target them. The next couple of months should fish well for Blue Marlin if you are up this way and looking for some marlin fishing action.
The weather base been hot and humid with not much wind so ideal conditions for fishing from Cairns.
